Image policy
Product photos on Flashlight Hero belong to the companies that make the lights. We show them only to help you see a light’s real size and shape before you buy.
What we show
- Where a manufacturer publishes a flat, straight side-on product photo, we may show that photo with its background removed, scaled to the published length and diameter so lights can be compared at true scale.
- We use the manufacturer’s own product photos only: from the maker’s website, or a retailer’s copy only when it is the same image the maker publishes. We do not use photos credited to independent photographers or agencies.
- We never flip, retouch, recolour or reshape the light itself.
- Every photo carries a visible credit, “Photo: Brand”, linking to the maker’s product page.
- Lights without a suitable photo are shown as a drawing made from the published specs.
Removal requests
If you own the rights to a photo shown here and want it removed, email [email protected] with the page address and the photo. We will remove it within 24 hours and show the drawing instead. No other steps or forms are needed.
Our own photos from future hands-on testing will be marked as ours.
